Absolutely perfect and stunning location short walk to the shopping centre, an underground tram stop-Rogier, and main square and other attractions, I felt safe. The room was well-organised with an extremely comfy bed and with a/c.

Magnificent foyer, historic design details, charming bar experience
Inconsistent room temperature control!!! Slow room service left me waiting longer than expected. Very disappointing!!! Room amenities felt inadequate, especially the charging outlets.

Extremely spacious, clean and comfortable rooms, well serviced and with grand and airy public areas and corridors. Excellent, if expensive, buffet breakfast.
Breakfast room down many stairs, making accessibility difficult for those with walking difficulties. Lack of information about hotel facilities or Brussels available to guests. Unannounced closure of the hotel's only restaurant "for staff holidays".

A nice looking hotel, my first choice in Brussels. Good choice for discovering Brussels with efficient staff at the reception desk. The breakfast with lovely atmosphere. High-class room and magnificent and absolutely perfect location close to central Brussels, public transport/taxis and the shopping area. Also, near commercial shopping street.

The location is very good. The room is very spacious, so is the bathroom and the bed is huge.
On a small street on one side of the hotel there is a club called Insomnia. Our window was just above. During night smokers were comming out and they were very noisy, screaming and singing until morning.

Couple seeking historic charm
We booked the Classic Double or Twin Room and was struck by the hotel's old-world charm the lobby was beautiful with intricate chandeliers and fresh flowers and the staff was great responding quickly to our requests
It wasn't exactly cheap but given the experience I felt it was acceptable
